Data deletion instructions
You can stop Ads Command Center from accessing your Meta data at any time, and ask us to delete the data it holds about you. Both are free.
How to revoke access
- In Meta: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find “Bulk Ads Launcher” and click Remove. The App can then no longer access your Meta data.
- In the App: go to Settings → Meta connection → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token.
How to request deletion of your data
To have your data deleted from the App, email sem.vgeenen@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your name and the Meta account or ad account IDs concerned. We will delete the stored access token and all data the App holds about those accounts, and confirm by email within 30 days.
Deleting data from the App does not delete campaigns, ads or other data held by Meta itself; those are governed by Meta’s own policies and can be managed in Meta Ads Manager.
What gets deleted
- The stored (encrypted) Meta access token.
- Your Meta user ID and name.
- The campaign data, performance metrics, drafts and uploaded creatives the App holds for the accounts concerned.
See the Privacy Policy for what the App stores and why. Questions: sem.vgeenen@gmail.com.
